(Moline, IL) -- It's a tale of two cities.
Davenport City Council will vote tonight on accepting a report to redevelop NorthPark Mall that includes plans to demolish Von Maur and build housing.
In Moline, the city has reached a standstill in talks to come up with a plan for the future of SouthPark Mall.

If Davenport Council accepts the NorthPark report, staff will begin working with mall ownership to solidify details for the mall's redevelopment.
