Milan Mayor Duane Dawson tells WQAD News 8 that the owners of Nature's Treatment (NTI) are "unhappy because we did not make them the exclusive cannabis dispensary in Milan,"
Dawson says NTI was getting 75-percent of their property taxes back, but losing the dispensary will still cost the village nearly 150-thousand dollars a month in revenue.
Nature's Treatment's owners also own Stern Beverage which they're also moving to Rock Island.
