(Grimes, IA) -- An investigation is underway after the bomb squad was called to a business in Grimes Thursday morning.
The Polk County Sheriff's Office says emergency crews responded reports of a suspicious package at a Grimes business around 8:45am after an employee at the business found what investigators say was a crudely made pipe bomb.
The bomb squad responded and safely removed the device from the business. No one was hurt, and investigators have yet to identify a suspect.
