(Davenport, IA) -- Newly released bodycam video of a Davenport police officer shooting and killing a dog has done little to calm community outrage over the incident. Especially after Davenport Police released a statement saying they deem the officer's actions lawful.
The dog's owner was escorted out of Davenport's City Council meeting last night for knocking over a lecturn during an outburst.
