(Omaha, NE) -- The Douglas County Sheriff's Office says a person arrested at the downtown Omaha courthouse on a probation charge, did not tell them that a two -year- old child had been left alone inside the suspect's vehicle parked outside the courthouse at 17th and Farnam Streets
A passerby found the child, who was checked out at a hospital and is okay.
Investigators say 42-year - old Ahmed Izzadin is now also in custody for a felony charge of Child Abuse with Intent - No Serious Bodily Harm.
