(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- A woman from Vinton is facing multiple charges after fleeing police.
Officers say they had active warrants for 32-year-old Stephanie Koob who, after refusing to get out of her car during a traffic stop, backed into a police car, then led them on a high-speed chase through Cedar Rapids.
Police say she threw a baggie of meth out the window during the chase.
Koob is charged with eluding, possession of a controlled substance, and throwing litter on a highway.
