(Kewanee, IL) -- Police say the driver who crashed his truck into two houses in Kewanee wasn't wasn't experiencing a medical emergency, and wasn't under the influence.
Investigators say excessive speed and unfamiliarity with the area played roles in the Tuesday crash.
The 56 year-old driver has been cited for speeding, and disobeying a stop sign.
One of the houses he hit had to be demolished.
