Police are identifying the victim in a shooting death in the River Bend neighborhood.
24-year-old Rayjon Ray was found by police in a crashed car at 2nd and University Avenue on Sunday morning, suffering from a gunshot wound. He later died at a local hospital.
25-year-old Kyonta Taylor has been arrested in connection with Ray's death, and is in custody in the Polk County Jail.
Police say Taylor was involved in an argument that turned into a fight in a convenience store parking lot, leading to him pulling a gun a shooting a man, later identified as Ray.
