(West Liberty, IA) -- One person is dead and two are recovering after a single-vehicle crash near West Liberty early Wednesday morning.
The Iowa State Patrol says a car lost control on a curve around 12:45am Wednesday, swerved off the road, went airborne, and crashed into a field nearby. One person was pronounced dead at the scene, and two others were taken to University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics for treatment.
The names of the victims have not been released.
