(Bellevue, NE) -- A man accused of public indecency was in Sarpy county court Wednesday.
Prosecutors say a women saw Matthew Gogarty engaging in a sexual act at American Heroes Park in Bellevue in late July.
Police say she helped them by getting a description of his car as he drove away.
Gogarty is facing a fine and up to six months in prison.
He already has seven listings on the Nebraska Sex Offender registry, including citations in California and Indiana.
