(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- The man charged with a quadruple murder outside a Cedar Rapids suburb in June told police he felt better after the killings.
An unsealed search warrant details Luke Truesdell's chat with police after the murders.
Officers say he admitted to the crime and told them the pain in his head was no longer there.
The warrant says Truesdell gave several reasons for the killings including drug use, past trauma, and that the case would make a good film plot.
Truesdell's been deemed competent to stand trial which is scheduled to begin in April.
