(Davenport, IA) -- Davenport City Council is approving new code of conduct guidelines. The code deals with conflicts of interest, behavior during meetings, and how violations of the code are dealt with.
Council is also greenlighting a three-year contract for new city administrator Doug Maxeiner. He's expected to begin his role next week.
