(Davenport, IA) -- After a rainy spring and early summer, September flipped the script in the Quad Cities with just four-tenths of an inch of rain recorded.
National Weather Service Meteorologist Jim Hladik says the Quad Cities will remain dry, and unseasonably warm through at least early next week.
