(Iowa City, IA) -- A Coralville woman is charged with theft after being accused of falsifying bank deposit slips for an Iowa City Jimmy John's.
Police say store manager Jillian Begg claims an over $8,000 deposit for the store was stolen from her car in June. But investigators say they found no signs of forced entry to her vehicle.
A bank audit shows subsequent deposit slips were being manipulated to hide the loss.
