(North Liberty, IA) -- A warrant has been issued for an eastern Iowa man accused of tracking a person by placing tracking devices on the victims car and in facial cream containers.
North Liberty Police say on September 5th, 48-year-old Lukas Anderson of Oxford, placed Apple Air Tags on the victims car, and two inside facial cream containers, which police say he gave to the victim.
All three devices were registered to Anderson and were used to secretly track the victim's location.
