(Marengo, IA) -- Residents in an eastern Iowa town are being informed of an active shooter drill taking place tomorrow afternoon at a local elementary school.
Iowa's News Now reports the drill will take place at Iowa Valley Elementary School in Marengo.
The Iowa County Sheriff's Office says there will be many emergency vehicles involved in the drill and assure residents the drill is just for practice.
