(Story County, IA) -- A Story County man is agreeing to testify against his family members as part of a plea deal in an abuse case.
21 year-old Aaron Williams was originally charged with kidnapping and willful injury, but as part of the plea deal, he will plead guilty to lesser charges and testify against his mother, Danielle Graham, stepfather Gary Graham, and sister, Kaitlynn Williams. All three are facing charges in what investigators say was the abuse of Danielle Graham's 18 year-old son, who suffered severe injuries and malnutrition.
Gary Graham's trial is scheduled for December 3rd. Kaitlynn Williams' trial is set for January 28th of next year, and Danielle Graham's trial is scheduled to begin in March of 2025.
