(Des Moines, IA) -- There's just one week left for Iowans affected by storms and flooding between June 16th and July 23rd to apply for FEMA assistance. It includes residents of Buena Vista, Cherokee, Clay, Dickinson, Emmet, Humboldt, Lyon, Monona, O'Brien, Osceola, Palo Alto, Plymouth, Pottawattamie, Scott, Sioux and Woodbury counties.
