(Omaha, NE) -- Omaha Police say an arrest has been made in a fatal, hit-and-run near Abbot and Riverfront Drives in north downtown.
Officers say they determined the run vehicle was driven by 18-year - old Christopher Renteria-Avila.
Investigators say Renteria- Avila was booked into Douglas County Corrections for leaving the scene of a personal injury accident resulting in death.
Officers responded to the scene Tuesday evening and found an unidentified injured man, who was taken to a hospital where he was declared dead.
