(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- Another section of Tower Terrace Road is opening up this morning in northeast Cedar Rapids, and with it comes the confusion of a new traffic pattern.
Taylor Burgin with the city of Cedar Rapids tells Iowa's News Now that driver's just need to take their time and watch for signage.
He says drivers wanting to access East Robins will need to make a U-turn, depending on their direction of travel.
Construction of the roundabout at C Avenue is expected to continue for another month or two.
