(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- A popular Cedar Rapids bar is closing for the month of November.
Sag Wagon is being cited for a second citation for serving alcohol to a minor.
The bar's license has been suspended for 30 days and they face a thousand dollar fine.
The bar plans to reopen on December 1.
