(Moline, IL) -- U.S. Department of Agriculture is issuing a disaster declaration for Henry County, Illinois.
It allows the USDA's Farm Service Agency to provide emergency loans to producers recovering from the tornado in July.
Farmers in Mercer, Rock Island and Whiteside counties are also eligible for assistance.
