(Moline, IL) -- Moline residents are getting a first look at the city's 2025 budget.
Several water fees are increasing. Water Fees go up 2 dollars and 27-cents a month; Waste Water Treatment rises 3-65 a month. The storm water fee is going up 13-cents monthly, and Sanitation Fees rise 76-cents per month.
Council still needs to approve the budget.
