(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- Traffic will be reduced to one lane on a portion of Otis Road SE in Cedar Rapids on Friday.
The project will begin on Friday, November 22nd. Traffic will be reduced to a single lane between Cole Street and 44th street for a pavement repair project. The short project is only expected to last one day.
