(Davenport, IA) -- A groundbreaking ceremony will be held this week for the Davenport Community Schools Sudlow Middle School and Creative Arts Academy.
The ceremony will take place on Tuesday, December 3, at 2:30 p.m., outside the east side of the building located at 1414 E. Locust Street.
