(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- The trial of a man accused of shooting and killing a DoorDash driver last year in Cedar Rapids is being delayed.

Cameron Leonard's trial for the murder of Myron Snyder in October of last year had been scheduled for next week.

He waived his right to a speedy trial Tuesday after his attorney cited a scheduling conflict.

A new date hasn't been set.

The third man charged in the February murder of Melody Hoffman was also due in court next week.

Logan Kimpton's trial on conspiracy charges is now pushed back to April.

He's accused of going with McKinley Louisma [[ lou-EASE-muh ]] and Dakota Van Patten to buy weapons and gloves before Hoffman's murder.

Louisma will be sentenced to life in prison Friday for his first-degree murder conviction. Van Patten's trial begins in March.
