(Davenport, IA) -- A home is destroyed and a dog is dead in a weekend fire in Davenport. Crews were able to control the blaze in a mobile home in the 4800 block of West Kimberly Road within 10 minutes of arriving to the scene, according to a Facebook post. All humans were able to escape.
