(Iowa City, IA) -- The University of Iowa will retire Caitlin Clark's jersey.
University of Iowa athletics says number 22 will be retired to honor Clark's legacy, achievement, and undeniable impact. The jersey will be retired at a ceremony on February 2nd of next year at Carver-Hawkeye Arena. The Hawkeyes will play USC that day at home, and Clark will be in attendance.
