The Omaha National Weather Service Office in Valley is forecasting a strong storm system will move through the Omaha/Council Bluffs, and Lincoln area Tuesday into Wednesday morning with conditions, including blowing snow with high winds, leading to travel impacts.
A Winter Storm Watch and High Wind Watch will be in in effect from Noon Tuesday to Noon Wednesday.
