A 75-year-old is charged with first-degree murder in Perry.
The Perry Police Department says officers responded to a home on the East side of town around 8:30 on Sunday night.
They received a 911 call from Richard Hoesing, who told police he had killed another person who lived inside the home with him. When police arrived, they found a deceased victim inside of the home.
Hoesing is now in custody at the Dallas County Jail.
