(Eldora, IA) -- An Iowa teacher was allegedly assaulted by an elementary school student.
South Hardin Schools Superintendent Adam Zellmer said it happened during a fire drill on Friday morning at Eldora-New Providence elementary school, when the teacher was working one-on-one with the student. He says the teacher sustained injuries, and received medical attention. No word on the condition of the staffer or age and grade of the student.
