(Rock Island, IL) -- A third man is going to prison in connection with the fire that destroyed the Rock Island Livestock Auction Barn last year.
William Kosgard IV will spend three years behind bars after pleading guilty to felony arson.
Kadon Svec and Matt Wooddell also plead guilty and are serving three years sentences for arson.
