(OMAHA, NE) -- Nebraska Medicine will host a free cancer survivorship conference on June 13 in Omaha, open to anyone affected by cancer, including patients, survivors, caregivers, and family members.
Titled “Cancer Survivorship: Surviving and Thriving Together,” the event aims to provide clear, evidence-based information and support. It will feature expert-led sessions on topics such as weight loss medications and cancer risk, the role of genetics and exercise, and the potential use of medical marijuana in treatment.
The conference also offers an opportunity to connect with others facing similar experiences. Registration is free but required in advance at nebraskamed.com/survivorshipevents.
