(Omaha, NE) -- His office says Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine at eleven Thursday morning will announce a decision in the County Attorney's Office review of a fatal, "deputy-involved" shooting in Omaha last month.
The shooting was during a weapons investigation at 48th and Pratt Streets.
Thursday afternoon, the Douglas County Sheriff's Office is to release detailed information about the shooting.
