(Johnson County, IA) -- A Johnson County Sheriff's deputy is on administrative leave after being accused of drunk driving while off duty on Saturday night.
Officers say they could smell alcohol coming from Cody O'Hare's vehicle, and the deputy's blood-alcohol level tested nearly twice the legal limit.
