(Linn County, IA) -- The trial of the man from Marion charged with killing four people with a metal pipe in rural Linn County last year is underway.
Luke Truesdell faces life in prison without parole if he is convicted of the murders.
Opening statements were made yesterday in Linn County Court after two requests to move the trial elsewhere due to publicity were denied.
