(Council Bluffs, IA) -- A toxicology report shows the man accused in a deadly crash that killed a 17-year-old was nearly four times over the legal alcohol limit.
Police say 52-year-old Jason Evans fled after rear-ending Hayden Baker’s motorcycle on October 18. Evans also had marijuana in his system at the time of the accident.
Evans is charged with homicide by vehicle while OWI and leaving the scene of a fatal crash.
