(Muscatine, IA) -- A merger we told you about in August is now official.
HNI of Muscatine, one of the nation's leading manufacturer of office furniture, is closing on it's deal to buy Michigan-based competitor Steelcase.
The purchase is valued at $2.2-billion.
HNI says their headquarters will remain in Muscatine.
