(Bondurant, IA) -- A Bondurant woman has turned herself in to authorities in connection with the death of a three-year-old boy earlier this year.
In June, law enforcement responded to reports of an unresponsive child in Bondurant. Despite efforts by medical personnel, the boy died.
On Sunday, 41-year-old Tiffani Huff Holmes surrendered at the Polk County Jail. She is charged with Child Endangerment Resulting in Death.
