(West Des Moines, IA) -- UnityPoint Health is cutting jobs.
The West Des Moines-based health care provider says 207 IT positions will be eliminated.
UnityPoint says they will start using outside vendors to deal with rising costs and lower reimbursements.
Affected workers will receive severance and transition support.
UnityPoint has more than 30-thousand employees in the Midwest.
