(Des Moines, IA) -- Art vending machines are popping up around Downtown Des Moines.
The Greater Des Moines Partnership and Mainframe Studios have teamed up to install five mini vending machines featuring artwork from 18 local artists.
The goal is to make local art more affordable and accessible while supporting the area's creative community.
The machines can currently be found at Black Cat Ice Cream Downtown, Local Bites, Mainframe Studios, RAYGUN, and the Wellmark YMCA.
