A man is in jail after Des Moines police say he rammed a woman's car from behind so hard it spun out Tuesday night.
Police say, 32-year-old Darwin Stinson then got out and chased the woman on foot, near Army Post Road and Southwest 9th.
When police pulled up, they say Stinson got back in his car and led police on a short chase.
He was arrested in the 300 block of East McKinley.Police say Stinson knows the woman. Stinson faces numerous charges, including assault, eluding officers, and driving while barred.
