A local man is accused of molesting and groping children at a south Des Moines apartment.
19-year-old year old Pah Peh is in jail facing numerous charges.
Des Moines police confirm they have surveillance video that appears to show Peh kissing and touching children inappropriately at the Deer Ridge Apartments at 6009 Creston Avenue, in southwest Des Moines.
Police say several children are victims in the case.
