An Iowa City man has been arrested and faces theft charges for trying to shoplift cologne from the Target store in Coralville.
Police say 46-year-old Shay Henderson tried to leave the store with several bottles of cologne valued at $91.99, and officers say they found other merchandise in his backpack worth more than $422 dollars.
KCRG-TV reports that Target loss prevention accuses Henderson of stealing more cologne on four separate dates over the past month, valued at $392 dollars.
Police say he also had a metal crack pipe and a brillo pad in his backpack.
