Waukee, Iowa Police say a house fire early Monday, August 14th is a case of arson.
Waukee Police Sergeant Jeremy Long says it appears someone set one fire Sunday night, in a house under construction at 550 NE Brookshire Drive.
He says investigators believe a second fire was set in the early hours of Monday morning. Both fires were set on separate staircases.
Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $500 for information leading to an arrest in the case.
