Des Moines Police have arrested a man overnight who's accused of peeping into windows. An officer arrested 23 year old Raudel Alvarez in the 78-hundred block of Bloomfield, on the city's southeast side.
Police tell our news partner Channel 13, WHO-TV that Alvarez was found looking into a mobile home at two women, and tried to run away but the officer caught him.
Police say he has a history of peeping, and had already had a trespass warning from Ewing Trace at 4201 Windsor Place.
The manager of the complex said she recently had complaints about Alvarez for the same issue.
