Say goodbye to a DM ICON & The Downtown Farmers Market!

Suku Radia from Bankers Trust was in the studio this morning to say his final goodbyes to Iowans as he steps down from Bankers Trust after a lot of years in banking and community service.  His successor as CEO, Don Coffin, also joined us in the studio.  You can hear the entire interview here...

Kelly Foss of the Downtown Farmers Market joined us in the studio to chat about the final Winter Market coming up this Friday and Saturday mornings in Capital Square and Kaleidoscope at the Hub from 9AM-1PM.  There will be more than 130 vendors at the Market with all sorts of produce, wine, cheese, noodles, breads, pies, Christmas trees, wreaths and more!  For more information, go to www.downtownfarmersmarket.com and to hear Kelly's entire interview, click here...

Thank you to all of you who gave Friday for the Pinky Swear Radiothon for families of kids with cancer! The total was $82,430!!!  Also thank you to all of you who came out to the Cityview Des Moines Most Likeable People Charity Event.  Over $18,000 was raised in just two hours!  I don't have the total for the Scleroderma Foundation yet, but I will let you know when I get it.

Tomorrow on Van and Bonnie, I've got a great "dumb crook" story for you!

Have a wonderful day!

Bonnie
