Man gets 15-years for Coralville, Iowa bank robbery

(DAVENPORT, Iowa)  A Missouri Man's been sentenced in federal court in Davenport to 15-years in prison, after being convicted of robbing a Coralville bank.

Authorities say 60-year-old  Peter Lundberg of St. Ann, Missouri was driven to the Bank of the West in Coralville, by Bridgette Durborow of St Peters, Missouri, who waited while Lundberg robbed the bank of about a thousand dollars.

Police arrested them a short time later, driving on I-80 near Davenport.

Duborow admitted they had scoped banks in several other eastern Iowa cities, before deciding on the bank in Coralville.

Lundberg has two prior federal convictions for bank robbery and a prior state robbery conviction.   Durborow pleaded guilty June 8, 2017, and was sentenced to two years in prison.
