See Christopher Robin and Winnie-The-Pooh Reunited In This Trailer

Maybe THIS is the problem with the Oscars.  We're not seeing their Best Picture nominees because we're ONLY seeing Disney movies.  (Remember Disney owns Marvel AND the Star Wars franchise, as well).

So...when we're not seeing one of the 27 Star Wars movies or one of the 37 Marvel movies/shows that will be released just this month (i kid, I kid) -  we're probably going to see a former animated Disney film/character in a live-action Disney film.

With the HUGE success of the live-action Beauty And The Beast, look for Disney to keep the retooled hits coming.

And. let's face it, we ALL love the Winnie-The-Pooh specials as kids.   In the days before VCRs, you counted the days until the annual Pooh specials rolled around again.  And the reason I think that this new live-action Winnie-The-Pooh will be a smash success is that it will appeal to older and newer fans -  based on the fact that the long-time voice of Pooh, Jim Cummings, will also voice the character in this film  THAT'S a recognizable voice.
