JASPER COUNTY, Iowa- The Jasper County Sheriff's Office says dispatchers got a 911 call early Monday morning from a teen girl who told them a man kidnapped and sexually assaulted her.

47-year-old William Waterhouse of Collins was arrested and charged with first degree kidnapping, multiple drug charges, and giving alcohol and Methamphetamine to a minor.

Jasper County Attorney Mike Jacobsen confirms to WHO Radio News that all of the charges are related to the same series of incidents involving the same girl who is under age 18.

The teen told deputies that Waterhouse offered to give her a ride, and she asked to be taken to her mother's house, but instead he drove for miles, finally going down a long gravel road to a trailer house.

There, the girl says Waterhouse was smoking a glass pipe with a white substance in it.  She says he forced her to smoke pot, forced her to snort a white substance off a mirror, and then she says, he had non-consensual sex with her.

When Waterhouse passed out, the teen told deputies she used his phone to call 911.  The girl was taken to a hospital for treatment.

The Sheriff's office says additional criminal charges are pending.
